They are fully trained in all aspects of wildlife identification and behavior, general tourism studies and maintenance of vehicles. |

| Proper pre-safari orientation While other tour operators just send you pre-trip information, with us you will be met by our tours consultant who is responsible for your safari. The consultant will take you through the safari program, explaining what to expect on the safari, provide background information and materials, discuss the dos and don'ts and answer any questions. |
